My Favorite Husband was a radio comedy that starred Richard Denning and Lucille Ball. Their charaters, at the start of the series, was Mr. and Mrs. Cugat. Jell-O, being the show’s main sponsor, is mentioned in each episode for maximum exposure, leads to Lucille Ball’s introductory line “Jell-O everybody !” Its debut was in 1948 on CBS Radio and ran to 1951.
